Certification
Our manufacturing- and production processes are executed on the basis of a quality management system that corresponds to standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. On the fundamental principles of craftsmanship structural elements with mainly inoperative mechanical stress (DIN 18 800 part 7, paragraph 6.2)
and structural elements with not mainly inoperative mechanical stress (DIN 15 018) can be electro welded. Therefore we use arc-welding and subset-mechanical metal active-welding.
Our core competencies
As a manufacturer of special purpose machines and pretentious welded constructions the AMS has been the associate partner for mechanical engineering and construction for more than 10 years. Our shop floor owns an area of over 15.000 m². Here we manufacture structural element up to 40 tons maximum weight for broadly based regular customers.
Thereby the 150 employees and trainees of the AMS-group direct their attention to comply costumer wishes in high quality and adherence to schedules.
With the existing technical equipment, convenient organizationel structure and qualified employees the AMS secures a high vertical range of manufacture and core competency to manufacturing its products. By courtesy of intensive cooperation with German export economy and growing international clientele AMS-products are used all around the world.
